Tapestry is a mixed use development of residential apartments and retail at 103-105 Boundary Road and 59-101 Alfred Street, North Melbourne, around 2km from the CBD. Designed by Fender Katsalidis with landscaping by Oculus, the project delivers industrial inspired one, two and three bedroom apartments above an everyday retail podium, creating an urban lifestyle precinct on the doorstep of the city.
PKT is engaged on pre-contract services for the project, which carries a value of approximately 250 million and is currently under planning.
